L'emplacement est idéal a 2 min de la gare et du metro, 25 min a pied du centre ville, la superficie de l'appartement est tres agreable et confortable, le nombre de chambres est parfait, l'accès sécurisé est rassurant.
Sur les 2 douches 1 douche est non fonctionnelle (aucun debit) Il y a des réparations à faire pour que ce soit tres bien, trou dans un plafond, draps à changer (trous) Il faut également mettre plus d'ustensiles (verres, couverts...)

Le falta mantenimiento. La puerta principal se le cayó el pomo, la puerta del patio tampoco funcionaba, la mampara de la ducha también se descarriló.
