Die Wohnung ist ansprechend, hübsch eingerichtet und an sehr guter Lage bei den Setas de Sevilla. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden, zwei Zimmer mit zugehörigen Badezimmern mit jeweils einer Dusche.
Das Bett war sehr hart und unbequem, die Wohnung ziemlich kühl und unbeheizt. Im unteren Schlafzimmer waren die Wände sehr staubig.
