Los Patios de Feria - Brisa del Sur

Perfect location. Spacious apartment with good facilities. Very clean. Tasteful decoration. Extremely quiet. Pool and rooftop area was beautiful.

Our patio area flooded when it rained and became unusable. Staff responded quickly and sorted the issue.

Le calme, la piscine, le confort des lits, les aménagements intérieurs, tout est très bien pensé.

Great location & reasonably priced. Excellent air con & shower facilities. Large Comfortable bed. Everything your need

Patio did need a little clean

The location of the apartment in the heart of the Feria district made more or less everything we wanted to see accessible on foot within 30 minutes. Beds were comfortable enough. The rooftop and plunge pool were a great addition for cooling down on hot days but, on the first 2-3 days of our stay, we struggled to get a lounger/seat.

The apartment felt very cavernous and dark. The outdoor terrace got no sunlight at any point in the day it was so deep and directly beneath the roof of an old church which, while charming, meant it was covered in pigeon poo. No oven (just hobs), no ironing board or iron. No towel change during our stay but didn't mind putting a wash on (apartment has a washing machine so all fine for us). There's no blind or curtain in the shower-room with the lounge of the apartment above facing directly into the shower cubicle. This has been mentioned by a few guests during this year and still nothing has been done. We ended up covering the window with a towel but this needs sorted.
