This unique 1 bedroom place has a style all on its own. We are right in the heart of all that Jax Beach has to offer, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide privacy. Local breweries, great restaurants and nightlife, and mere blocks from the downtown Jacksonville Beach area that hosts highly popular seasonal festivals.
Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch!
We are a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit in an 8-unit complex 1 short block from the ocean (~100 yards). We have a full kitchen, dining table, and living room.
Dedicated parking for 1 car and street parking is very easy.
We love pets! $30/pet/night. No need to ask us if we allow pets. Once you have booked, let us know and we will send the fee.
We make sure everything you need is provided to make it the best stay possible. Smart TV with pre-installed streaming apps (we don't provide streaming services), quality towels & linens, and coffee & tea.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach, so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use.
Bike and scooter rentals are also available!

I came down for a long weekend to visit my daughter and her boyfriend who live in Jacksonville. I come down often so I know the area and wanted something near the beach and just something for me this time. I felt safe and liked that I had my own spot for parking. Beach was right there just like they said and an amazing coffee and ice cream place across the road.The bed was very comfortable. Shower was low pressure but would be great if you got a sunburn. Only issue I had was in the kitchen. One of the burners was broken, no cooking sheet or pan that I could find that could go in the oven. Other than that it had everything you could need! Would stay again if it’s just me coming down.
