The Space:
The kitchen, living room & bedroom are all on the 1st level. Outdoor shower with hot water available for use during your stay!
Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, countertop stove, countertop toaster oven/microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking essentials.
Dining area has seating for 2. Living room/bedroom has a Roku smart TV.
The bed is a queen memory foam mattress that is incredibly comfortable, with luxury linens and towels, and a sound machine.
The bathroom is very large, with a luxury tile walk-in shower.
Your stay includes the use of a brand new washer & dryer that is only shared with one other studio, and the washer/dryer is located just outside the studio door, in the hallway that is shared between two studio apartments.

*3 blocks to Jacksonville pier
*1 block to over 10+ restaurants/shops

The parking was adequate. The room was very well stocked with cooking utensils, beach supplies, and very clean. The room was small and the shower needs a bathmat to prevent slipping. Very convenient location.

The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again.
Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual)

Our stay was amazing. Abby was incredibly responsive, the spot was clean, parking was convenient and the hose outside was so helpful. Highly recommend!!
