About this house rental
"Piece of Paradise" is just that! Located within walking distance to dining, shopping and night life. Lovely bedroom poolside, breezy cabana and plenty of places to sun. Separate living space for relaxing and eating. In the winter, use the fire pit for cozy evenings. I want to make this an enjoyable stay for you, so please, if you have any special needs or requests don't hesitate to ask.
This is a separate space at my home, with its own entrance into the space and exit to the pool and backyard. I live on the property with my 16lb. hypoallergenic dog, Chica.
I will allow dogs as long as they are hypoallergenic and don't weight over 20lbs. I had a very unfortunate accident where a bigger dog jumped on my dog and to make and to make a long story short it wound up costing me $3500.00 plus. It is too bad that this happened because I love dogs all sizes, but I can't risk this happening again.

Amenities at Five miles from Mayo Clinic and nine blocks from the ocean. Quiet and cozy.

Cody was an excellent host! My stay was just what I needed/wanted it to be. It was a quiet, restful experience. Cody was the perfect balance of attentive yet nonintrusive. The property was exactly as described & perfect for my needs.
