Great location. 1 block to beach and lots of restaraunts and bars within 5 blocks. Very dog friendly with fenced yard. My big negative is the “forced” insurance fee on top of the total fee.

We enjoyed the location and the amenities the home offered. It’s a great base for Mayo and the beach.
Agree with another reviewer that there is a definite smell in the home. I am not sure if it is musty or old smoke. There were air deodorizers around the home to try help but in our case just made it worse.
