- Quiet hours set by the city are 10pm-8am. Any complaints
during this time will result in forfeiture of deposit.
- No smoking inside. Dispose of butts appropriately if smoking
outside.
- Use provided make up wipes/rags to remove
makeup.
- Crack a window when taking a hot shower to allow the steam to
vent. If this is uncomfortable, open a window and bathroom
door upon leaving the bathroom until steam has vented.
- Pet fee: $50
We love dogs, but if your pup barks when you are not home,
we kindly ask that you make other arrangements.

Everything was comfortable and kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed to host a small dinner for family in town. Everything was seamless, and the fenced in yard was also very secure for the dogs.

It is very safe, clean, comfortable and perfect location for us. We had everything necessary to enjoy our winter week end. We visited breweries enjoyed the Christmas decorations in Atlantic and Neptune towns and walked the beach every day. I cooked dinner all three nights without a hitch. First floor was ideal with our dog to go outside in the enclosed back yard. There are no sand spurs in their grass.

My 80 year old mother, adult cousin, and I stayed at the lovely seas the day. We came for the Players tournament. It’s a very relaxing place to stay and the beds were also comfortable. It’s also a short drive to St Augustine.
I only wish we had had more time as we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio. Would not hesitate to stay again.
