Only complaint is fan blades need cleaning to circulate air as well as air ducts were dirty. otherwise everything was wonderful and communication with host was perfect.

We were set to stay at another VRBO but the day before our trip it was canceles due to septic iasues. We were scrambling for another place with a one day notice. We came across this condo and booked it. We arw so glad we did! True to the description the beach was right there. We did get to see dophins and pelicans it was so beautiful. It was located in a very convenient location. I would highly recommend this place.

Unit was not exceptionally clean. Pet hair visible. Bath towels could be updated as well as queen mattress that sags in the center.
Beach chairs and umbrella were rusted and not useable. Had to go purchase our own.
Location was great.
