You get what you pay for
Small modern room with a nice bathroom. Location was only about 1 km from the center of Fabriano.
Breakfast was meh. No juice, eggs, or yogurt was offered or available. Also, it's located on a main street with cars passing by creating noise. We kept our window closed. Air conditioner either didn't work or wasn't turned on.

Struttura semplice ma pulita e accogliente. Ottima posizione per visitare i bellissimi dintorni. Apprezzatissimo il parcheggio interno alla struttura. Colazione semplice con merendine da supermercato, ma comunque servita con cortesia dal sig. Franco. Nel complesso un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La camera era spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La colazione era abbondante e deliziosa, con prodotti freschi e fatti in casa. La posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza autentica e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari per la loro gentilezza e cordialità, hanno reso il mio soggiorno davvero speciale!
