No, no, no!

Good place in the old center

Owner doesn't interesting in clients. He (she?) answer to your letters only under threats. And he answer only on Italian. When you are in the middle of your travel and have not internet to translate, what can you do with this long letter?! I wrote only English and got Itslian respond?! Not recomend this place only because this trouble.

Comfortable, nice looking, well maintained, clean and spacious room in the center of Fabriano with very good value.

Somehow cold communication (only whatsapp for instructions) and missing air conditioning (despite of being advertised). Breakfast only from 8am was a bit too late for us.

Quintessential Italian Experience…

Large, uncluttered, and quiet room in a stone building in the historic center. Comfortable bed.

The lack of air conditioning was definitely felt during hot summer days. The wifi was not accessible in the room, a fact the off-site host refused to believe despite screen prints of the access page. The check-in process requires improvement. The host should correct the erroneous address in the app and in Google Maps, and take 5 minutes from her day to meet guests and hand over the keys. There is no reason to ask guests to look for keys hidden somewhere in dozens of flowerpots in front of the building!

rooms and beds were really good! Though we were sold one extra room... because we were three and we had one room for three and one for 2. We would rather payed only for on room.

We thought that breakfast would be good, but it was not... only tablet coffee, only sweets and fruits, and the lady who was supposed to serve breakfast, came 45 min later than was told...I don't know if this was from the place or from the booking...

Soggiorno molto deludente, soprattutto per la gestione della host. All’arrivo la stanza non era pronta nonostante l’orario concordato e, una volta entrato, era fredda: il riscaldamento ha iniziato a funzionare solo dopo circa tre ore, dopo due solleciti a telefono. Due finestre non chiudono correttamente: ho inviato un video per mostrarlo e il minimo che fa un professionista è cambiare stanza, cosa che non è mai stata proposta. Wi-Fi inutilizzabile: ho inviato lo speed test per dimostrare che non permetteva di lavorare, ma la risposta è stata “sono al lavoro”, oltre al commento testuale “a quella cifra che pretese ha”. La mattina seguente la stanza era di nuovo fredda e l’acqua era ghiacciata, quindi impossibile fare la doccia. A dicembre, condizioni inaccettabili per qualunque struttura ricettiva.

La colazione abbondante preparata con cura dalle mani della padrona, no salato ma delle torte fantastiche, cordialità eccellente, camera e bagno pulitissimi…essendo situato in un vicolo molto suggestivo la macchina va parcheggiata in un parcheggio pubblico a 50 mt. Però per essere un b&b a conduzione familiare la cifra è TOP.

Una cosa sola ma di piccola rilevanza… un bicchiere anche di plastica in bagno.

Un posto in cui torneresti già mentre stai andando via.

Camera ampia, pulitissima e curata nei dettagli. Il silenzio assoluto, rotto solo dal canto degli uccellini… semplicemente fantastico. La colazione al bar L’Angoletto merita una menzione speciale: cornetti enormi e davvero deliziosi. Un luogo in cui ti viene naturale tornare. Consigliatissimo!

La pulizia non era ottimale e la camera assegnata aveva dei gradini proprio davanti alla porta che non erano proprio il massimo per noi visto che viaggiavamo con una bambina piccola
