Generally speaking, it was a good stay.

My only concern was related to the noise coming from air conditioning and to some guests speaking loudly, late in the night.

I would recommend this place if you are in fabriano.

I don’t stay in many many nice places, but this was a very nice place. The mom, will try to please you and is very conscientious of you.

Loved our stay

A very cute and cosy bed and breakfast. We received great communication prior to arrival and were welcomed when we arrived. The room was very comfortable and we were blown away by the diverse breakfast the next morning.

Great location and very helpful staff.

Cozy, very clean and spacious rooms. big bathroom with modern facilities, really nice shower. Very helpful lady running the place, booked taxis for us and arranged breakfast at any time convenient for us. Small safe and fridge in the room. You get keys to the room and the front door, you can come and go as you like. Situated in city centre.

Beds are a bit hard but better than too soft. There’s no air conditioner but a floor fan. Really warm days the room was a bit hot. Our bedroom window was facing the street and there was disturbing noise from each car passing the narrow cobblestone alley outside. It’s ok for a couple of nights but can be annoying for a longer stay.

Stanza pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio così come il resto della struttura che si trova a due passi dalle principali attrazioni e da ristoranti e bar. Letto king size e bagno grande con doccia in muratura fantastica.La signora è gentilissima e, nonostante abbiamo appena prenotato all'ultimo minuto è stata disponibile e solerte per il check-in ( oltre ad essere molto simpatica e alla mano). Assolutamente raccomandata

Tutto perfetto, la signora Paola è stata molto gentile. Posizione comoda e centrale, il parcheggio è a soli 3 min a piedi. Ambiente accogliente e pulito, colazione molto abbondante. Consigliato
