The owner and staff were so helpful and courteous, and the room was immaculate in cleanliness, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and delivered on time (Sunday morning). I also like the fact it is located just across the train station, so convenient when travelling by train.

Nice place near Frasassi Caves

Friendly and welcoming hosts, father and son, very nice people. Clean place, new beds and mattresses, we slept very well. Few km from the caves of Frasassi so very good location. I recommend it.

Number 1 in Fabriano

The BnB is opposite the train station and 10 minutes walking to the city centre. The room is super clean, soundproofed and the bed is comfortable. Omar (the owner) is super friendly and it's very nice talking with him (and he makes a very good cappuccino!) Very good breakfast and excellent homemade crostata!

room with terrace very comfortable

I stayed in the room with the terrace. Spacious terrace, perfect to spend the evening outside on a hot summer night. The room is silent and also the air conditioner. The location is perfect if you travel by train, close to the train station, a bit less interesting if you are on foot and you want to go for a walk in the town centre. There is a restaurant in front of the property, with a good price-quality ratio.

Decent stay, in line with B&B expectations.

Location very convenient, in front of the Train station. The place is clean, the breakfast (using a voucher that is provided at check-in time) at the bar next to the building is a tasty typical Italian style one. When you arrive, you need to call the owner as the place is unattended. The rooms are wide. The owner very kind and helpful: I'm sure he will improve his offer over time.

Heating took a day to warm up the whole room (actually I've been the very first customer for that room, so it started "from scratch"). It's done with an air-con, therefore it's quite noisy. Had a small problem with the hot water, but it has been solved quickly by the owner.

Estremamente accoglienti, camera ampia con terrazza enorme e pulitissima

Dopo un paio di esperienze negative in passato, di solito imposto il filtro di Booking su "hotel" e non guardo i B&B. Questa struttura mi ha fatto decisamente ricredere. Tutto pulitissimo e accogliente, terrazza esterna enorme (purtroppo pioveva ed è stata utilizzata solo in parte, ma aveva un vero e proprio saluttino, ampio parcheggio prospiciente, colazione compresa nel prezzo per una differenza bassissima. Siccome il bar convenzionato era chiuso la domenica ci è stata servita in camera. Proprietari cortesissimi.

Location accogliente e molto pulita. Sito di fronte alla stazione, il centro di Fabriano è raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Posto auto disponibile di fronte o nell’ampio parcheggio sul retro. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, ti fa sentire come a casa. Consigliato per un soggiorno a Fabriano e anche per visitare le vicine grotte di Frasassi.

Struttura bellissima, con camera spaziosa ed altrettanto bagno comodo. Dotata di arredi nuovi, tv, frigo, molto ben ordinata e pulita, gestita alla perfezione con professionalità e grande gentilezza da parte del proprietario. Super consigliata!!

Trasferta di lavoro che è diventata una vacanza

La pulizia , la gestione , l’accoglienza , come trattano il cliente . Sono un lavoratore trasfertista giro l’Europa e vado sempre in Hotel a 4 stelle .La qualità dei servizi che ci sono nel B e B la Filigrana non li ho mai trovati da nessuna parte . Addirittura ci hanno portato la colazione in camera con delle brioche e dei saccottini buonissimi allo stesso prezzo delle classiche colazioni scrause che si trovano in giro in strutture simili . Ho mia moglie incinta addirittura la mattina che siamo partiti ci hanno aiutato a caricare le valigie in macchina . I prezzi sono più che onesti per la qualità offerta.

Un b&b delizioso a Fabriano

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente. In una posizione comoda per arrivarci. Inoltre trovandosi vicino ad una strada ciclabile è ideale per chi non vuole perdere un giorno di allenamento quando è in viaggio. Il proprietario gentilissimo.

Una garanzia

La pulizia è impeccabile, scusate non me ne vogliate ma tale pulizia si raggiunge anche perché non sono ammessi animali, il proprietario è e sottolineo come un familiare a cui si può dare il massimo della fiducia, la struttura è situata in posizione strategica per Frasassi , museo della carta ecc, per noi è stato una manna dal cielo perché abbiamo fatto il giro con il treno storico e abbiamo solo dovuto attraversare la strada per entrare in stazione. Parcheggio ottimo di fronte al portone del B&B.

La migliore sistemazione in Fabriano, vicino alle Grotte di Frasassi e al Tempio del Valadier.

Tutto perfetto: la posizione, comoda sia per chi viaggia in treno (è a 20 metri dalla Stazione) sia per chi arriva in auto (enorme posteggio nel piazzale sul retro); le camere, appena ristrutturate con gusto, eleganza e funzionalità, la climatizzazione efficientissima, la cabina doccia extra large; la pulizia, massima. La simpatia e la disponibilità del proprietario che mi ha fatto posteggiare l'auto sul proprio posto personale di fronte al portone quando (la mattina del primo sabato del mese) il piazzale era inagibile per pulizie stradali. Il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ottimo anche il bar a lato della struttura.

Mi è dispiaciuto solo dover ripartire, ma tornerò senz'altro a soggiornare alla Filigrana. Consigliatissimo!
