La Rosa dei Venti

We loved the house, clean, close to everything, well maintained. The view is unbelievable!

There were many stairs, the old city is not available by car, so we carried all manually. We were asked to come take rhe keys from another address, strange but eventually lady brought it to the apartment.

Great location

Posizione top, terrazza da 10 e lode.

Parcheggio scomodo e scale un po ripide ma per avere una vista e posizione del genere non si può pretendere tanto meglio.

Great Central location and access to the main areas of the city. The terrace was private and only accessible by our room. The view was amazing.

The room was in need of some updates and attention, a little old and run down. The toilet bathroom drains smelt really bad. They did attempt to fix this but it didn’t improve. The air condition was noisey and kept us up during the night . The toilet seat was broken and even though we reported this it didn’t get fixed. The shower was small and the water pressure was bad . We knew the room had stairs but that many : 55 stairs in a narrow staircase with small steps made it a challenge to get our luggage up. Lucky I am relatively fit and capable . The terrace furniture was old , rotting and the floor dirty. But the view was amazing. But I would not return and stay here again. Disappointed.
