The welcoming, so friendly and kind staff/family, even when we arrived very late. The Roukan meal was an experience and very well prepared ☺️ the Onsen experience was explicitly fine, surrounded by nature, trees and river
It needs a lot of renovation and some cleaning of walls and spaces which is not in every day use.
