スタッフは若く笑顔&活気があり、お宿は清潔で絵画も素晴らしく非日常感が心に沁みました。今回は親友と訪れましたが次回は違う季節に妻を連れてきたいと思います。
仕方がないことですが、富士山が全く姿を現してしてくれませんでした。天気は良かったのですが高温(38度)で白雲と上昇気流が原因の様です。お宿になんの落ち度はありませんが楽しみにしていた分残念でした。

Exceptional service. Everyone we interacted with from the shuttle driver to the hotel staff was very kind and attentive.
The location was great, with beautiful views and the facilities were excellent.
The common areas were never too busy, which was a plus and we really enjoyed each of our meals.
We truly enjoyed our experience here and hope to return soon.

Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived until departure. The staff made all the effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay in spite of language barriers. Perfect place to experience Japanese hospitality. Highly recommended.
