KKR Numazu Hamayu

The staff were outstanding. Their warm, heartfelt hospitality made us feel completely relaxed throughout our stay.　Both breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. The quality and variety of the food were excellent, offering outstanding value for money, and each dish was beautifully presented. What truly made the experience special, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, allowing us to relax and enjoy our meals at a leisurely pace.

The only slight disappointment was that the room windows couldn't be opened. I understand if this is for safety reasons, but it would have been nice to let in some fresh air.One minor issue was the sliding door separating the indoor and outdoor baths. When it was fully closed, it created a noticeable wind-pressure noise, which was a little distracting. We also noticed that other guests seemed to be concerned about it, so it would be wonderful if this could be improved in the future.
