The location and free parking, the responsiveness of the management, the view at level 60
1. The lift, long wait. It's ridiculous that a 60 storey building has only 6 lifts, and 1 of them is not working. Left 2 lifts that go to basement carpark and the cleaner is using 1 of the lift. Moreover the lift and the waiting area at the lift does not have any ventilation or Aircon. This is a structural building issue made worse by how the lift is managed.
2. In the apartment that has 1 bathroom is also designed stupidly. If there is only 1 bathroom, the shower and the toilet has to be split, not combined.
3. Long wait on requests, and housekeeping closes by 9pm. If you need anything, need to wait next day and they are not prompt because of lift issues? The counter that opens 24 hours should have some amenities, to provide to guests.
