they was a message sent to the day before which required me to upload image of passport but despite repeated attempts was not possible. luckily after several attempts to contact manager he was able to acquire the necessary documentation and instructions of how to collect the key to apartment was given. Also there was only one key to work the elevator and the door so this was not convenient if i wanted to do something separate to my partner with limited access to the apartment. the beds were comfortable

what one cannot tell is the smell of damp and mould in the apartment from the photos on bookings site.the apartment seemed to have plumbing issues and the smell of damp and mould pervaded the apartment especially when we first arrived. there seemed to be plumbing problems in the ensuite bathroom and shower was difficult to use.
