This time the water dispenser no hot water Already inform the admin but no respond given Luckily got pot to cook hot water

Spacious and near to shopping centers

I don’t like the big bathroom smell especially in the morning. I think the smell came up from the drainage since we were staying at level 8. The hotel need to check and improve on this matter.

It was spacious and had a washing machine dryer combo and large fridge. However both bathrooms had major flaws. The master bathroom had a strong sewage smell that couldn’t be washed off, and the shower area constantly leaked water into the dry bathroom areas. The second bathroom had no shower door and meant that water was splashed everywhere during a shower. We didn’t end up using this shower. There were no other towels provided except bath towels and bath mat. The provided toiletries were in broken bottles. Floors were generally dusty and there was a musty smell. Aircon in all areas worked well and kept the place cool. Convenience store downstairs was great. Good location and walking distance to many malls. Contact with property manager was via WhatsApp and they responded quickly and was helpful. No actual reception, only security guards downstairs.
