Nana's at Dorsett Residence Bukit Bintang

The location is great! It's right in the middle of Bukit Bintang and just 10 mins walk to the Pavilion shopping center, which has lots of restaurants. It's also just 10 mins from Berjaya shopping center which has an indoor theme park and lots of other indoor games for kids. It's very big and spacious, enough for a family of 4. Plates, utensils, iron and ironing board are provided. There's a microwave and the washing machine also serves as a dryer. The bathrooms were clean and there was a tub as well as a shower. All in all, it felt like home away from home. Instructions were easy to follow. Just pick up roomkey in mailbox

My main issue were the towels and linens provided. They were quite old with visible stains on them and no longer a bright white color. They also only provided 4 towels for 3 people for 5 nights. No hand towels. The bedsheet and duvet cover also looked a bit worn and over-used and needed to be replaced. Lastly, our room was on the side of construction, so we heard a lot of clanging in the morning. But could not hear our neighbors.

I especially love the location. It's just walking distance to Pavilion, TRX, Berjaya Times Square. There's a 24hrs mini mart below the apartment.
