Location and flat was spacious
The cleanliness and hygiene standards were unacceptable. The apartment did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bed was made, but the bedsheets appeared to be unchanged, as we found hair from the previous guest on them. We also found cockroaches inside the apartment. I reported the issue immediately, and only after my complaint did they send a cleaning company to properly clean the apartment. A property should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before handing it over to a new guest, not only after the guest complains.
