I booked a studio, but I was automatically upgraded to a bigger apartment. The location is close to the TRX MRT station and the TRX mall, both a 5-10 minute walk from the building. Also some nice eateries and cafes a few meters distance from the flat. Swimming pool with a great view, complete gym and bars to exercise. The hosts were always accessible via Whatsapp and replied fast.

It is a new building, but for some reason there was a part of the pool closed or under maintenance. Also there are a lot of apartments and only 3 elevators, so sometimes you have to queue during rush hour to get up to your flat on floor 30. If you don't mind missing on the hotel experience here, this is a good option for an affordable flat in KL.

The location is great, the unit is clean, fully furnished and equipped, free parking space. Initially I got assigned a wrong unit different from what I booked for the first night, but the staff was very responsive and sorted it out for us the next day for the rest of our stay.

There were some staining on bedsheets and towels.

The location is perfect for visiting all the major tourist attractions, and the city view from the room is absolutely stunning. Since it’s right in the city center, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. While it is in the heart of the city, I found the price to be very reasonable for the quality. The amenities are excellent—there is a swimming pool on the 10th floor, and each room is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, and a drying rack. The kitchen is clean and well-stocked with basic cooking utensils, and the refrigerator works perfectly. You can also watch OTT services on the TV by logging into your account. One important thing to note is that payment must be made in cash, so it’s best to check this in advance. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, it was a clean and wonderful stay. Highly recommended! 10 out of 10
