It was very clean, and at a great location, the tram stop was literally visible from our terrace. We had parking. Spacious rooms with all the listed amenities. Flexible check in and checkout. Our host Andrea was so responsive and helpful. That made it better. Note that it's right in Mestre Centre and Venice centre is a short ride away. Taking the tram or bus puts you there in 15 minutes or so. Room was more spacious and modern than we thought. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the place a lot. Locking the rooms were a bit tricky in the beginning, took us a little time to figure it out as it was new for us. The town dies down after sooner than we expected in the evening, (but you still have smaller grocery shops open till late not the big markets). The trams and buses ply till late but, if you have car you can probably stay out longer. The neighborhood (no fault of the owner) felt like there were quite a lot of immigrants, but then again it could be just us catching Mestre Central at an odd hour. We didn't feel unsafe at any point, it is just an observation. Nevertheless great value! You get your own kitchen, spacious room and just 15 minutes away from the heart of Venice at such a reasonable price!
