Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the good location, the easy self check-in process, and the clear communication from the host.

However, there are several aspects that could be improved. The wardrobe in the bedroom was largely occupied by bags of towels and bed linen, so it could not be properly used by guests. The mattress was of poor quality, sagging noticeably in the middle, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bed was also rather short. The bathroom had very low water pressure, and hot water took several minutes to arrive. The TV remote control did not work, so the television could only be operated using the buttons on the device itself. The biggest issue was the heating. We experienced several cold and rainy days, but the heating system did not provide adequate warmth. The welcome instructions referred to a remote control that was not available in the apartment, making it difficult to understand how the system was supposed to operate. In addition, sound insulation between apartments is quite limited, and conversations, washing machines, and other everyday noises from neighboring units could be clearly heard. Despite these issues, the apartment was clean and the host was responsive. With some improvements, especially regarding the mattress, heating, and bathroom facilities, the overall guest experience would be significantly better.
