“Forte 99” in Venice

La casa era molto accogliente e ben tenuta, molto centrale come posizione a Mestre e le fermate per Venezia erano vicine, inoltre la casa è dotata di cucina, quindi è possibile cucinare, l'host è stato molto gentile ed è sempre stato reperibile per chiarimenti, oltre ad averci lasciato una bottiglia di spumante regalo molto gradito, la camera era molto pulita e nonostante fosse piccola ciò non è stato un problema, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

C'è bisogno in struttura di un libricino di istruzioni, esiste un link, ma comunque un libricino per capire come funzionasse la lavatrice ed altri servizi, c'è il forno, ma mancava la teglia da forno, consiglio di comprarla

The apartment building is right behind the Presidente Hotel (entrance through the left side of the hotel). The place is in close proximity to bus and tram stops which take you straight into Venice (5-7 minute walk), as well as to the Pam grocery store (15 minute walk). There are 2 beds in the apartment, perfect to have a friend over. You can open the large window to let fresh air in, and I liked the dark curtains that can be drawn underneath the main ones (especially that I stayed up late working and didn't want to be woken up too early by the sun.) Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would return.

The only thing I didn't like at the beginning was the old pots, however the host was very kind and replaced them. He also brought Italian pastries and a bottle of wine as an apology, which I thought was so kind and unexpected. It made the entire experience so much better!

third bed was awful, double bunk bed is good, so this property is for couples without children, also the kitchen should be better equipped
