The location is amazing, and the apartment's size and view are great.
This review reflects my personal experience only. While the property has a convenient location, the overall level of service was below the standard I expected for the price paid. Several concerns raised during my stay, including maintenance and guest service matters, were not resolved satisfactorily. I believe there is significant room for improvement in customer service, communication, and guest support.
There is no guest service for moving items.
