Bellavista Apartments Holiday Homes LLC - Downtown Views II T1 - 2 Bedroom Apartment with Burj Khalifa View

The apartment had a superb view of the Burj, which was a real highlight of our stay. The pool area was great, with plenty of sunbeds available, and the gym was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment felt spacious, comfortably accommodating four adults and a child. Communication with the host was excellent, and any questions we had were addressed promptly. Overall, a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. 15 min walk across a pass to the mall. Super convenient!

The kitchen utensils were initially quite limited, but when we raised this, additional cutlery was delivered quickly, which we appreciated. One small improvement would be adding a shower curtain to the shower bath, as water tended to splash outside and a chopping board 😀

Very clean and close to everything

We had a very concerning experience at this property. Upon arrival, we were not given any keys or proper access instructions. A random व्यक्ति opened the door for us and showed us how to use a keypad, but no actual code was provided. This felt insecure and unprofessional. The next morning, there was a major water leak inside the apartment. It was severe — we had to use all available towels to try to control the flooding. We were left without both hot and cold water. We contacted the caretakers repeatedly for over 4 hours with no proper response. In the end, the landlord from the lower floor had to step in and arrange repairs himself. Several workers came, but only thanks to him — not the host. This situation was extremely stressful and unacceptable. We also have videos evidence of the incidents. I would not recommend staying here due to safety, maintenance, and management issues. It would have been terrible had it happened in the night. All suitcasses would have been messed.
