Dubai Mall Connected! AMAZING Burj Khalifa View! Excellent Pool & Gym Access!

My stay was excellent. The receptionist was welcoming, the apartment was spotless and fully equipped, and everything was top-notch. The view was beautiful and relaxing. In short, a wonderful experience that I’d definitely recommend!

Location and view

There was an issue with the check-in process, as it occurred after 12 a.m. and required additional coordination, which I only noticed after completing the full payment on the website. Additionally, the television was not particularly engaging, as no channels were available. It was only connected to the internet, allowing access solely to streaming platforms for which guests already have existing memberships. No concierge service.

I absolutely loved the location directly connected to Dubai Mall, which made everything super convenient. The view of the Burj Khalifa was stunning, especially at night. The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with great attention to detail. Having access to the pool and gym was a huge plus — both were very clean and well maintained. The host was friendly and responsive, making the stay even better.

لم يعجبني طريقة التسجيل والخروج من المكان.. انتظرنا 30 دقيقة حتى يأتي موظف ليسجل دخولنا ويسلمنا مفاتيح الشقة، مع انني اعلمت صاحب الشقة بأنني سأصل للمكان بعد أربعين دقيقة وزودته ببطاقاتنا الشخصية للتسجيل. بعدها ب30 دقيقة جاءنا موظف يعتذر يخبرني بأنه قد استلم صور بطاقاتنا منذ دقائق قليلة وقد اخبرت الموظف بأنني سوف اخرج متأخرا في اليوم التالي بسبب هذا الانتظار فقال لي لك ان تسجل خروجك حتى الساعة 1 ظهراً بعد أن أخذ الإذن من شخص كان يتحدث معه عبر الهاتف. في اليوم التالي تفاجأت انا وعائلتي بفريق التنظيف يرن جرس الشقة في الساعة 11 صباحاً بشكل مستمر فأخبرتهم بأنني سأخرج الساعة الواحدة، إلا ان صاحب الشقة اعلمني بأنني سأدفع 50 ريال مقابل كل نصف ساعة انتظار، وقال بأن الموظف لم يخبرنا بأنه مسموح لنا ان نخرج متأخر. ايقظت عائلتي وخرجنا من الشقة على الرغم من ان بوكينق يوضح بأنني استطيع تسجيل الدخول حتى الساعة 12 ظهراً.
