Great Location if you care about staying near Dubai Mall and the whole downtown area.
Some furniture is over used and not clean enough. Mainly the living room.
The laundry area (small room where they keep the washing machine) has an unbearable smell. We had to hold our breath while opening it and using it. I didn't report it because based on my previous experience maintenance would mostly come at an hour where you can't be in the apartment, waste your time and then not fix anything.
The internet extender wasn't setup to cover two of the three bedrooms.
Finally after 8 nights in the apartment I asked for a late check out because my flight was in the evening and all they gave me was until 12:00 instead of 11:00 which is, as they said, their regular check out time!!
