The location of the apartment is perfect, walking distance from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Spacious, for 2 persons or family with kid (the maid room practically is just a bed). The building itself is OK as well, it has a small pool, separate male/female gyms and sauna, tennis court. The equipment is good, it has even a washing machine and iron. Communication with owner was smooth.
The kitchen equipement is poor, but if you do not want to cook it's enough (big fridge, microwave oven). Not immaculately clean, would need some maintenance, but nothing serious. The worst thing is that all the windows look at a huge construction site, very-very noisy for early morning.
