5 Min Walk Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa & Fountain View, Gym, Pool, Burj Royale , 500MBPS Wifi

Smooth check in/out, best location and view with everything you need!! Imagine paying $$$ for a small hotel room when you can get a 2 bedroom apartment so relaxing and comfortable⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing specific. You also get a secured parking spot which is super convenient.

First time booked an apartment, it was a good experience.

Location.

Mr Sada, the Guest Relationship in-charge met us when we arrived at the lobby of Burj Royale at around 4:50am and was very supportive in facilitating our check-in and helped us with our luggage to the apartment. Beyond that he checked on us occasionally during our 5 nights stay there to know if we had any challenges or needed any help which was really helpful and made us feel at home! We had a direct view of the beautiful Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall from our balcony, the elevators were functioning well, and the rooms were super cool and clean with the comfort we needed to accommodate us along with the very fast internet connection. The 5 minutes walk from our apartment to the Dubai Mall was really true, and this made it easier for us to get to the Mall with ease. The swimming pool opening times were okay and allowed us to use the facility in the late evenings (closing at 10:00pm). The Receptionists (Day and Night) were super amazing and helpful, and the swimming pool attendants were super supportive as well. We were however unable to use the gym due to our very busy shopping routine. We look forward to visiting again, and will definitely recommend the facility to anyone (especially families/groups).

None.

No incluyo el desayuno, la ubicación es extraordinaria, a 5 minutos del dubai mall y el burj khalifa y con vista de este último, incluso las fuentes se podían ver parcialmente.
