Host was the rudest I have ever experienced.

Appartment interior looked nice.

The host was very rude. Host was asking for a bank transfer for payment, on a Sunday.... very strange. He did accept credit card over the phone though. There was only one working oven, and it was located in the bedroom. The oven in the living room was not working, which meant the apartment was cold throughout our stay. Sketchy area. Police was present in the apartment complex when we arrived. Drug related activities taking place in the courtyard outside the building.

Great location and a big apartment. Deposit returned quickly. Few small changes could make a big difference.

The property is in the ideal location of the lively Liverpool high street and night life. If it above a busy bar so please consider this when booking. However the apartment we had had a heavy door which blocked out 90% of the house which was good. You do have to pay a £150 deposit but this was returned the next day. The apartment is a big size which is a bonus. We were satisfied with the stay. The apartment was clean and tidy.

It was a nightmare to get hold of anybody that ran the property as we didn’t check in until 4 due to not being sent the codes until then although check in time is 3pm and wondering around Liverpool trying to figure out where to park after reserving a car park space but then to be told it’s first come first serve. Bed sheets not partially clean, marks and stains all over walls/sofa, fridge light flickering, bathroom tiles and grout were grotty and mouldy, the shower literally drips out the shower head, hot and cold aswell, not in between temperature, stunk of cigarettes when we got there, and it property was freezing.

Wonderful location & comfy beds

Ideal location in town! The apartment was gorgeous and felt very spacious. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the shower was good, too. The host was very helpful in messages prior to arriving and even sent a video to explain how to find the property which I was appreciative of. Would fully recommend

The TV only seemed to have 3 channels working/WiFi didn't seem to connect, but I was out most of the day so this wasn't something I felt I needed to bring up to the owner. Room understandably doesn't have the radiators on when you first arrive, so I would recommend popping them on when you first get there as it can be chilly.

Location is the only goid thing I can say about the apartment

The toilet had a problem on arrival. It's a sani flow system which was making a very loud noise for over an hour on arrival. A plumber was knocking at the door to ask us to flush it and run the tap...impossible as the sink in the bathroom didn't work it was a slight triple.. teeth had to be cleaned hands washed in the kitchen sink. The shower had no pressure also and was cold also unusable... the last day on having a cold shower the water wouldn't go down as well as the toilet... we were told we had blocked it with wipes which we hadn't we used the bin provided and showed them photo evidence. We haven't received our 150 pounds deposit back .. its just a money maker for the landlord as it fails on arrival...do not book...he will ask for a deposit once booked and booking is non refundable... so you have no choice but to pay the deposit which is through WhatsApp again wrong procedure as booking.com advice against this ...still awaiting video evidence of owner still no deposit back ...crook giving booking.com a bad name im afraid

Very central but quiet at the same time, super clean. I arrived very late due to travel and the instructions were very clear how to get the keys from the key box and enter the apartment.

Excellent stay for the price.

Excellent location. 5-10 minute walk if that from everything. Excellent communication from the host in how to access the building/ keys etc. Very clean and all the essentials in the apartment needed for a family of 4. We parked in the Q Park on Dale Street, which is pricey but it was only round the corner. I am sure the host stated they have street parking available. Zero noise from the pib users opposite, we stayed early in the week.

The WiFi isn't the best and it wouldn't connect to the TV. There is a slight noise from a generator outside.

Cannot fault this place. Great central location, well furnished apartment with equipped kitchen and large smart tv. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Good location, but a disappointing experience.

The location is convenient and close to most sightseeing spots.

We were very disappointed with our stay. On the night of our arrival, the room was not ready (photos attached)! The contact person moved us to another hotel without offering any compensation or a sincere apology (apart from a brief "sorry"). The alternative hotel was about 10 £ cheaper and they did not refund the difference. We had to move the luggage, unpack in the second hotel, re-pack on the next day, and again move into the room. The suite seemed decently equipped at first glance, but neither the fridge nor the TV cable nor the WLAN worked properly. We reported the issue of the fridge to the contact person, but he even never responded. The sofa was dirty to be sit on. There were no fans, the room’s air conditioning was poor, and although there were large windows, we couldn’t even open the windows. To make matters worse, there was a very crowded bar directly beneath the apartment, making it extremely difficult to sleep at night.

Not what I imagined

The apartment was in good clean condition

The apartment was right in-between two very loud karaoke pubs. You cannot hear yourselves talk until 2am when the pubs go quiet. The pub glass bins are below the windows, so when they are emptying in the early hours, you have the crashing sound of glass in your ears. The main door is left to bang when other guests go in and out of the property, which rattles through the apartment. There was no city view as you are on the ground floor and the window glass is concealed because you are in the courtyard of both pubs. The rules of the rental stipulate no noise after 10pm, however the constant loud bass music and people congregating outside the apartment make the noise for you. I wouldn't choose this apartment again. Maybe something high up or in a different location.

The apartment is a few minutes from the city center of Liverpool, with pubs and restaurants. Bed is comfortable, shower with good pressure, apartment has all the appliances for cook and eat! Our staying was great!

Brilliant location

Location was brilliant. Right in the centre of the city with everything you need at the doorstep. The bed was really comfy and the apartment was big enough for the three of us staying.

The apartment got very hot due to the weather. The noise from the pubs below also caused a bit of disturbance at night.

Location was central however - It was very close to a VERY noisy pub in the evening AND early morning when they were cleaning and pressure washing the pub beer garden (this is literally outside the ground floor accommodation). Location was the only real positive - the rest of the experience was pretty bad.

It was difficult to find and no guide to get there provided ahead of time, I was hassled for a ‘damage deposit’ and had to practically BEG for it back despite leaving the room in perfect order, it’s not as good as it looks on the photos and description either, absolute catfish of a place. The internet was awful and the shower didn’t work - as in it was broken. The communication with Sean the host was terrible and he was rude on several occasions. The issue with the shower was known to the hosts before my arrival and no discount/refund was offered and no option to cancel was offered. I’d have DEFINITELY rather stay somewhere else even if it cost twice as much.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Book This Place, Especially If You Have Physical Limitations or heavy luggages My trip to Liverpool was ruined because of this apartment. On Booking.com, the listing falsely states that the room is suitable for guests with physical disabilities – do not fall for this lie. Just before my arrival, they informed me that my room was on the third floor with no elevator, and the staircase is so narrow and steep that I had to carry my 25kg luggage up myself. I have 8 herniated discs, and when I asked to be moved to a lower floor, I was refused. I also asked if I could leave my luggage somewhere nearby – this question was simply ignored. The room itself was in horrible condition: poorly renovated, spiders crawling around, and the bed was full of crumbs, which caused my skin to itch badly even though I have no allergies. In short – I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Maybe it’s okay if you’re looking for a cheap brothel, but definitely not for a decent stay.
