Great stay would highly recommend

ideal location, was right in the cavern quarter with loads of bars and restaurants around and the apartment was great everything you need.

Only minor problem was there was no electricity in the bedrooms however was not a major problem as we were only using to sleep anyways and windows let in light during the day, everything else spot on.

Great location, but beware of cold in winter

The location was great, all the landmarks were within reasonable walking distance. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

When we arrived it was very very cold. We turned on all the heaters, however in the living room some weren’t fully working or not working at all. The inside of the building, on the stairs, smelled very badly of mold. The apartment itself was ok though, only very slight smell.

Had to leave and book into hotel because the apartment was freezing cold and no instructions to put heat on.

No hot water Sunday morning to shower before checkout , noise from flat above , when brushing my teeth I noticed pink string like stuff moving in the water on the tap spout like a pink Algae this was also the same in the second bathroom , lack of proper cleaning . Contacted the vendor but no reply , poor customer service , picture of the tap after I wiped my finger to get the stringy stuff off

Great flat but so so noisy

Lovely flat in great city centre location. Very clean. Our one query resolved very fast. Top notch Wi-Fi.

The noise! OMG the noise! A rave broke out nearby at 3am on the first night and another at 7am a couple of days later. The earplugs by the beds should have warned us. Also, despite the owners having installed secondary glazing, this didn't close properly in my room, so I had just one pane of glass between the bedlam and me. That also meant the inevitable construction and traffic noise blasted in too. We'd used this flat before but the noise would certainly put me off from going back for a third time.

Great stay

Clean, spacious apartment. Quiet area. Felt safe. Comfortable beds. Great price. Would come again.

Needs a little TLC, eg mirror and shelves in bathrooms. New sink needed in bathroom. Some blinds need fixing. NB. Duvets (not pillows) were feather. We specifically asked about this as 1 member of our party is allergic and they said they were NOT feather. Luckily duvet on sofa bed wasn't feather. Would be good to replace them or give correct information.

Great location just off the main street. Relatively quiet neighbourhood for being so close to the city centre. Access to the apartment was simple and the location was superb within easy walking distance of the city centre.

Couch / Sofa bed wasn't comfortable as a couch. I can't imagine it would be as a bed either. However for us, this was a very minor gripe.

Short stay in Liverpool city centre

Location is excellent. I expect this apartment was beautiful once but it’s very worn and grubby now.

Not cleaned thoroughly, mattresses very worn, sofa very worn and uncomfortable, blinds useless, bathroom floor dirty, rubbish under the bed.

Perfect location for exploring the great city of Liverpool

Location was absolutely perfect for our weekend of celebrating Liverpool FC, the Champions of England get their trophy and parade round the city.

The place needs a little TLC. But it didn’t affect our stay in anyway. The bin men at 7am in the morning wasn’t great but I guess it’s not every day.

Not worth the extra price that lacks TLC

The location was good, the apartment, which was modern

The street and the entrance hall aren't the best the glass hob cracked across, so I didn't want to use that, so I just left the microwave. the cupard door in the kitchen had a hole in the door the settee in tbe lounge was stained and very lumpy and uncomfortable the cushions kept coming forward as its a sofa bed wasn't a comfy evening in watching telly and as the apartment could be for 6 where would 6 people even sit there were only 5 knives 4 odd forks and 3 teaspoons no big spoons again had there been 6 people the little details were lacking in the apartment cracked sinks odd crockery and at £98 a night it's not the cheapest I'd rather pay more for the little touches to be right to be honest what looked like chewing gum stuck on the wall its a shame because the apartment us modern but on photos you don't see the little things it's an old building and has what looks like single glazing so was noisy at night with people chatting in the street also says respect the neighbours up stairs sounded like a child running from room to room till at least 10pm wen I reported the damage to the letting agent so we did not get blamed he said the owner had been made aware from wen they took it over but had not done anything also if you want to check in early its around £35 for 2 hours early no place to leave a case I understand it has to be cleaned but most of the lovely places we've stayed in has been very helpful wen ever possible they didn't seem that bothered about anything tbh I wouldn't reccomend it and wouldn't stay again last time wr stayed in castle street apartment and the was immaculate for less money

Would book again

Location was really great. Apartment was clean and tidy, and was great value for money. Easy access with lock-box, and a thorough text-msg explaining when and where to find the lock-box upon arrival, wifi-pass word etc etc.

There was nothing we did not like. However, there are some minor deficiencies around the apartment; e.g. no hot water from the faucet in the kitchen, crooked floor when walking from kitchen/livingroom to hallway, crooked bathroom shelves, and it was really cold in the apartment upon arrival as no heating was turned on. But none of the above made the overall stay worse. Responsiveness from the host could've been better, and I do not understand the need to up-charge for using the sofa bed.

Fabulous apartment facilities great & great location

The property is to a high standard inside. The décor & apartment very nice modern. Very clean everything we needed. The location was ideal fit where we needed to be. The only down fall is the stairs we had my 75 year old mum with us who struggled with the stairs. We would definitely stay again but would request 1st floor apartment. The noise was not like previous reviews said it was after 8 so we were up & about.

Modern but cold

Absolutely freezing inside and heating was on, building itself is old, woken at 4.30am with what sounded like scaffolders outside, son was hysterical taught someone was going to come through the window. When I complained I was told it was bins, now what bins take an hour or more to be collected? I have the video evidence of the scaffolding just being finished loading up at 11am but there denying it was them. Crazy how people can get away with this renting out apartments and not a bit of customer service from the owners.

Central, good sized apartment in Liverpool

The unit itself was perfect for our stay. Good sized rooms and the whole apartment was good. Nice homely feel. The apartment is central to Liverpool City close to the docks and many cafes and restaurants.

Unfortunately, I had to ask for the key lock box code when we arrived. There were dirty dishes and the fridge didn't work. The owner did offer to organise a maintenance person to fix it, but still an inconvenience. The apartment is located in a lane, so unfortunately a lot of street noise during the night and early morning. This is not mentioned in the listing. The apartment is listed as luxury, however a few things didn't quite hit the luxury mark.

El apartamento está muy bien, y desde luego merece la pena. En el centro de Liverpool en una calle muy tranquila y al lado de todo. Las dos o tres cosas que se podrían mejorar no ensombrecen su calidad. Si puedo volveré.

El sofá, que es cama también, es un poco incómodo. El ruido que hace el extractor del primer baño es bastante insoportable y además dura mucho tiempo después de apagar la luz.
