The place is very clean and comfortable. Host was very detailed to label all the switches in the house. Mattresses and pillows are all comfortable. All Airconds are working fine and WiFi works fine too.

The communicating team - we didn’t get any response until the very last day before check in day despite trying to contact them like a week before via Booking.com message function. Left us very anxious having the booking.com customer service trying their best to contact the host. Host should consider fixing the main entrance lock since key is easily stucked. When we experience this problem, I tried asking support team via WhatsApp whether anyone faced similar problem & whether they have quick/known solution for it, instead we were only reminded that we are supposed to use the right side sliding door instead of left side even after explaining it was the right door. Thankfully managed to fix it by watching some YouTube life hacks video on removing stucked key. This experience was rather unpleasant. They do take deposit upon check in which we were fine. But the refund took a while (3 working days), we only got it on the 4th day after sending in reminder.
