Place is clean and comfy
Wish the instructions are sent out a couple of days earlier and not last minute as fear hand phone runs out of battery or out of range
To collect the keys and opening the doors were a lot of codes numbers to remember
Door in master bedroom is spoilt unable to lock

Very clean, comfortable and good views of the city and mountains from the window! Prompt confirmation and communication pack / messaging were very helpful. Wifi and fantastic range of streaming services.
It’s an excellent accomodation which we would come back to again. The only suggestion for improvement would be to provide more glasses as there were only 4 glasses for a booking for 5 guests.

The self check in/out process was simple and easy. The 3 bedrooms have queen size beds each but mattresses were slightly on a stiffer side which isn't a biggie. The kitchen facilities were adequate for meal prep especially breakfast. Good shower water pressure. Nice infinity pool on the 22nd floor.
The living room AC works intermittently blowing out cool air but after a while turned into a fan. The TV's YouTube channels lags. The ramps heading in and out of the building can be narrow especially if you're driving big cars. The hallways can be really warm due to ac compressors.

There was a Mamak Rest nearby so, was ok
There were 4 of us in my family and there was only a 2 seater couch in the living room so the rest of us need to sit in the dining table was not comfortable at all.
The TV was slightly bigger them my MacBook Air, suggest the host should change to maybe a bigger TV to attract more Family type of Guest.
