Location, cleanliness, professionalism and kindness of the flat managers.
Everything was perfect.

Fantastic check in instructions. The team was super helpful to our group as we all checked in a various times over a couple of days gathering in Athens to depart for the islands. Staff was "on it" in terms of recommendations for places to eat and transport to the ferries!
We had a bit of confusion on the breakfast voucher arrangements, with a voucher for a room, but three people staying in the room for example. Might be a better system for groups staying at the hotel.

Incredible communication. My friends were arriving a day before me and Stella and the team made sure they were able to get in without problem. The facilities were excellent and the washer did a great job. The button for the hot water worked well, and we were able to work out a shower schedule so that everybody got hot water. Location was perfect, 5 minutes walk from Monistiraki Square and the Metro. Would definitely stay here again.
