Location is perfect. Apartment is very spacious and clean. Would stay again.

The appartement is absolutely great! Very spacious with 2 bedrooms (one with a normal double bed and one with a smaller double bed 140x200cm) and 3 (!) bathrooms. Huge living room, very well equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a nice view. We stayed there with 2 young adult sons who loved the gym equipment and the location of the appartement. You are in the middle of a very vibrant area with loads of great restaurants, bars, small supermarkets, and little shops. The metro station is 5 minutes walk and from there you can go anywhere. I always review my stays and this is the first time I gave a 10 out of 10.

I can honestly not mention one thing that was not good. It was really great.

The owner was very generous with providing food and drinks. The beds were very comfortable with very good linen

No seating area other than a dining table, the location was very noisy from the street , lots of rubbish and homeless sleeping rough close by

Hicimos la reserva para 5 personas, pero solo hay camas para 4. La quinta persona tuvo que dormir en un sofá, que no era sofá -cama. Ni siquiera había sábanas ni toallas para todos. El descanso fue complicado por la incomodidad de la cama y el ruido, tanto de las tuberías del edificio como por la falta de aislamiento de las ventanas. Los baños presentaban bastante cal, impidiendo una ducha adecuada.
