TRIANONS5 6 ppl apartment - 15min walk Disneyland

Lovely apartment with everything we needed as a family of four (2 teens). The beds were really comfortable and we loved the large bathroom. Perfect location to Disney!

Everything was great! Very minor but TV remote is a little tricky to work until you get used to it.

Location was good. The rooms were all clean and nice. Washing machine worked perfect. 2 sinks in the bathroom were very handy. Separate toilet was really good too.

The apartment was well equipped but I have never stayed in a hotel/apartment where we had to bring rubbish to rubbish bin downstairs or strip all the bed linens from beds. I think these are cleaner's jobs. A box of tissues would be nice.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and in the perfect location! So close to the parks and the shops.

Location to Disneyland is perfect and very close to local shops, amenities and park for children

There is additional and ridiculous charge of €60 cleaning fee but it hadn’t been cleaned well. Wardrobe shelves and floors were extremely dusty (we had to wipe it ourselves), the outside balcony and seating area were not cleaned for quite some time. The seats were full of sand and dust. Dishes were still in the dishwasher, incorrect size of coffee pods, damaged wardrobe door and bed. Light bulb and lamp in twin room were not working. The twin beds were very cheap and uncomfortable. No toiletries, only shower gel bottle that was completely empty. You cannot watch TV as there is additional charge. The car parking is completely unsuitable for an SUV (we were trapped when leaving as there are cars parked very close to each other so manoeuvring was impossible). When we went to the agency, they offered no solution because they don’t know who the cars belong to.
