Welcome to VILLA FAY, a charming, tastefully renovated one bedroom apartment. Ideally located on the prestigious Promenade des Anglais, this apartment offers two convenient entrances: one on the Promenade side and the other on the Rue de France side, right next to the "Magnan" streetcar stop.
It comprises a spacious living room, a separate fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sleeping area, a functional laundry room and a shower room with toilet.
You'll be immediately charmed by the exposed stonework, which adds a touch of authenticity and character to this unique place.
ATTENTION: The parking included is the collective parking of the residence, there is no assigned space and they are limited. If necessary, it is possible to reserve in addition another private parking lot located 10 minutes away on foot (on request and according to availability).
Located on the first floor, on the courtyard side, the apartment benefits from elevator access.

check in was terrible , should not have to take a bus 2 miles to get a key, and where was lisa that was suppose to help with getting settled. No answer from the Mgr. when i called them. The Appartment was a great area to get arround there,

Pretty clean never saw a host liked we were suppose to our son helped us do it all he lives there. Location was great. Dam pit bull dogs across the hall one came after my wife I shut the door on him, there were three pits ,should not be allowed in there. I ask for a price for next year they did not respond our son will find us one. Thanks for the help.
