In this semi-detached house, you can enjoy a beautiful, relaxed holiday in the holiday region of the Hohe Tauern National Park. This dreamy house, furnished in a country style, spans two floors.
The spacious and very cozy living room combines the regionally typical furnishings made of wood and rustic elements with a very comfortable seating and lounge area.
The fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere and provides the warmth in the cold winter months that makes the end of the day cozy after a long descent.
This apartment offers enough peace and retreat options for up to 6 people due to its room layout.
The fully equipped kitchen and the generous dining table invite you to cook and linger together. If you're looking for a bit more variety, you'll find restaurants and après-ski venues in the vicinity that will surely offer a suitable alternative.
In the basement, you'll find a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an additional toilet. These rooms were newly renovated in 2020.
With a hot mulled wine or a cup of tea in hand, you can enjoy relaxing afternoons on the sunny terrace.
Due to its central location, it's just a stone's throw to the Duxeralmbahn, which takes you directly to the Zillertal Arena. With ideal snow conditions, you have the opportunity to make your last descent right in front of the house.
If you've never been on skis or haven't been for a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school.
In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain, and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the quiet surroundings, you are absolutely right in Hochkrimml during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.
