This wonderful holiday apartment, furnished in a modern country house style, offers you time to relax. The view from the window delights and soothes at the same time.

In this holiday apartment, you can spend unforgettable time with your family or friends. The cozy living area with kitchenette, dining table, and sofa corner invites you to cook and linger together.

The modern fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and if you don't want to use the cooking facilities offered, you absolutely must plan a break on the large south-facing balcony with a hot mulled wine or a cup of tea.

Due to its central location, it is only a stone's throw to the Duxeralmbahn, which transports you directly to the Zillertal Arena. With ideal snow conditions, you have the opportunity to swing off your last descent right in front of the house.

This lovingly furnished apartment has 3 bedrooms and, due to its layout, offers enough peace and retreat options for up to 8 people.

In summer, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. How about a beautiful hike on the green alpine meadows or a mountain bike tour through the mountains?
On warm summer days, water fun at the Durlaßboden reservoir is guaranteed, a wonderful relaxation spot for the whole family. A visit to the world-famous Krimml Waterfalls should not be missed during your summer vacation.
You will be thrilled by the power of the waterfall and the clarity of the meltwater. There is much more to discover in the Hochkrimml area. There is certainly something suitable for everyone!
