This holiday apartment offers a beautiful, relaxed vacation in the Zillertal Arena.

Located on the ground floor, this cozy 5-room apartment in the apartment building "Duxeranger D" offers two ways to dispel the cold of a long ski day with a sauna and underfloor heating, creating a wonderfully relaxed coziness in your own space. The apartment, typical of the region with its wooden furnishings, is equipped with comfortable seating areas and boasts a lovely south-facing terrace inviting you to take short ski breaks with a relaxing snack in the sun. With its layout, this apartment provides enough peace and retreat options for up to 10 people.

Here, you can truly enjoy the most valuable time of the year with your family or friends.
For those who prefer to cook themselves rather than watch TV or want to dine at a nearby restaurant, the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and dishwasher, making staying in a truly appealing option.
With enough snow, you can end your downhill run right at your own front door – simply wonderful.
