You will have the entire place for yourselves during your stay.
HOUSE RULES:
House rules include respecting the neighbors, furniture and no parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
ACCESS CARDS:
The provided Access and parking cards are to be returned upon check out. In the event of loss or damage to the card the amount of AED350/per card will be claimed from the guest.
LICENSES & FEES:
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department.
Please note that as per Local Laws and Regulations, a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 40 per night.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
Cleaning Fee included in reservation is for the after stay cleaning.
