Cozy and lovely apartment with lake view in the Civenna 2 complex, a few minutes from Bellagio. The apartment, on the mezzanine floor of a house, opens onto the living area, featuring a living room with a sofa, a dining table, a fully-equipped open kitchen and access to the porch, furnished with a dining area and beautiful lake view. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one with a single bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Guests will benefit from amenities such as a washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi and heating.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como. The apartment is a 1 hour and 30-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
