Come here for the view

Location, and especially the view is fantastic. You get a spacious, well-equipped apartment overlooking the lake for a reasonable price. Shops are nearby, and a traditional Italian bar serving great coffee is about 5min walk. Owners are very helpful and lots of information is provided about the surroundings.

Stairs within the flat - not a problem for us, but might be an issue for someone with disabilities.

Wonderful holiday at Casa Bellavista. A gem.

Casa Bellavista is a gem and is in the top of my preferences from all houses where I stayed in all the years I have traveled. Starting with the view, which is breathtaking, continuing with the house itself, with the place where is situated and finishing with the hospitality of the owners (who were expecting us with a bottle of wine made by them, a bottle of water and fruits - so kind!), all these things made my holiday briliant. Very, very clean, with a lot of storage space, with everything you could need. Casa Bellavista is huge, has a living with a balcony , kitchen (open space) and bathroom and up stairs has two bedrooms (every of them with windows and views, from the photos on booking it is not very clear that) with a beautiful bathroom. And the view..as I said, is breathtaking. Casa Bellavista is serene, peaceful and marvelous. I loved every moment spent in this house, the atmosphere, the fresh air, everything. Not forget to mention they have one of a most complete guide I have ever seen about the places and things you could do and eat. Civenna is situated up of Bellagio (by car - 7-10 min.). For us (me and my family) it was the most inspired choice to stay in order to visit Lake Como. Thank you, Simone and Laura. I can hardly wait to come back.

3 nights, beautiful view, great hosts & a lovely place to stay. Convenient to Bellagio.

The balcony view is unbeatable. The apartment is comfortable, spacious & very relaxing. Civenna is a delightful small town in the hills with a fantastic bakery, supermarket, fruit & veg, & bus stop around the corner.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was sad to leave!

A szállás nagyon szép helyen van, gyönyörű kilátással. Nem csak az erkélyről, de az egyik hálóból és a nappali/étkezőből is a tóra látni. Az apartman mindennel felszerelt (mosó és mosogatógép is van, 2 fürdőszoba, 2 háló). Az ágyak nekünk nagyon kényelmesek voltak. Simona és a családja nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Amikor legközelebb visszamegyünk, biztosan újból itt szállunk meg.

Chcesz zwiedzić i odpocząć nad Como - to jest bardzo dobre miejsce.

Cztery osoby bez problemu się tu pomieszczą. Dwie łazienki, duża, wyposażona we wszystko kuchnia, widok z balkonu i okien ( to chyba powinno być na pierwszym miejscu), dobra lokalizacja, bezproblemowy gospodarz, sklep i przystanek autobusowy pod nosem, cisza i spokój...można tak długo. Nie ma dostępu do jeziora, ale poprosisz gospodynię i masz namiar na plaże i bezpłatny parking ( uważaj na zakrętach). Polecam Mediolan pociągiem z Asso ( samochód zostaw przy dworcu), Bellagio i okolice w zasięgu promu ( zalecam dojechać do Bellagio autobusem) koniecznie, Como tez można odwiedzić....

Mały problem z łóżkiem - jakiś podkład pod prześcieradłem deczko mi przeszkadzał.

Ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht over het Comomeer

Het uitzicht was geweldig. Simone en haar dochter hebben ons vriendelijk ontvangen en uitleg gegeven over het appartement en informatie over de omgeving. Ze hadden en kinderbedje en kinderstoel klaarstaan.

Geweldige week, leuke plek, Civenna, en de eigenaar is heel behulpzaam

Het uitzicht vanuit dit huisje is adembenemend. De kennismaking met de eigenaresse en haar vriendin was heel leuk, ze heeft ons heel goed met allerlei vragen geholpen (Ferry en excursies). Simona is een lieverd, we hadden een cadeautje gekregen bij binnenkomst. Het huisje is groot, meubilair ietwat gedateerd, maar van alle gemakken voorzien, afwasmachine, twee badkamers, meerdere koffiezetters, verzin het maar. En het uitzicht........

Het weer had iets beter gekund ;-)
