If you wish to stay on the Côte d'Azur, between Cannes and Antibes, in a modern house with a magnificent sea view, then you are most welcome.
This superb villa can accommodate up to 10 people in its 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
From crystal, the villa has inherited transparency and brightness, thanks to its large bay windows all facing south towards the sea, allowing your gaze to dive into the Bay of Juan, between Cap d'Antibes and the Lerins Islands.
Villa Cristal combines the mineral and the contemporary, comfort and modern amenities, tranquility, and an ideal location to enjoy the region.
It welcomes you in large living spaces spread over three levels connected by a glass staircase.
This monumental staircase leads, on the ground floor, to a huge living room and its fully equipped open kitchen where you can let all your culinary talents shine, and on the garden level, a cozier small living room for reading or games.
But if you prefer to enjoy the outdoors, come and relax in a magnificent exotic garden in the heart of which nestles a 5x9 m pool and its deck equipped with sun loungers and chairs.
You can also rest in a hammock in the shade of the palm trees,
or lounge in the jacuzzi while enjoying the sea view.
And if a barbecue tempts you, a very large outdoor table will allow you to dine together while cooking grilled foods.
Finally, several small lounges, scattered throughout the property, will allow you to enjoy more private moments, from dawn to sunset.
