A return visit to the villa after 2 years with a very warm welcome from Sabah. The villa is very well equipped with extremely comfortable rooms and lovely outside spaces where we were able to relax and enjoy some great al fresco lunches. The heated pool and hot tub were both enjoyed by the whole family. We were a party of 6 adults and four children (all under 6 years old) and it accommodated us all very well. The cots, high chairs and buggies were great for the younger members of the party. The villa is located within a 15 minute walk to the centre of Juans les Pins, 10 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to a very good supermarket. It is convenient for shops and restaurants. The train station is a 15 minute walk for trains to places along the coast, Cannes, Antibes and Nice, or a bit further afield. There’s also a road/tourist train to Antibes which was enjoyed by both adults and kids. We yet again had a really wonderful stay and would very much recommend the villa.

What a fantastic villa. Myself and a group of friends spent an amazing 5 days at the villa. The villa is absolutely stunning and has everything you could want. We made good use of the pool, hot tub and even the small gym. The villa is well placed to walk into Juan les Pins and there are great transport links from there. I would not hesitate to recommend the villa and i would return in a heartbeat.

Everything necessary for a great family vacation. Easy walk to the beach and stores. Plenty of ammenities allowed us to cook, dine and relax as we wished. Loved the roof top patio, pool and the hot tub.

We were greeted at the villa by Lydie and Pascal with a very warm welcome The villa is very well equipped with extremely comfortable rooms and great bathrooms. There are several lovely sunny terraces where we were able to relax and have some great al fresco meals. The heated pool and hot tub were both enjoyed by the whole family. We were a party of 6 adults and three children (from seven months to three and a half years) and it accommodated us all very well. The cots, high chairs and buggies were great for the younger members of the party. The villa is located within a fifteen minute walk to the centre of Juans les Pins, ten minutes to the beach and five minutes to a very good supermarket. It is convenient for shops and restaurants. The train station is a fifteen minute walk for trains to places along the coast, Cannes, Antibes and Nice, or a bit further afield. There’s also a road/tourist train to Antibes which was enjoyed by both adults and kids. We had a really wonderful stay and would very much recommend the villa and the great hosts.

We had a great time at the villa!

My family visited and included 4 couples. We had a wonderful time at the villa. It has modern decor but is tasteful and reflects the area. It is ideally located between Antibes and Juan Les Pins. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance. The market in Antibes is a bit more of a walk, maybe 20 minutes. However, we cooked in most nights from locally sourced food and never found this to be a problem. We enjoyed the pool area with it’s good light in the morning and early afternoon. The owners are thoughtful and very responsive to any issues or questions. I would stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. Everything is nearby (supermarket, beach, centre). The villa has nice rooms, swimming pool and a wel equipped kitchen.

We had a wonderful 8 days here in August. The house is beautifully furnished and is totally new. The property is clean and very well maintained. Everything we saw in the pictures was there The owners are wonderful and easy to deal with and we would certainly recommend this property to our friends and family. The children loved the swimming pool and were able to walk down the road to the beach themselves.
