About this house rental
Located on the eastern slope of Cap d'Antibes, a 10-minute walk from the Garoupe beaches and various local shops (grocery store, butcher, restaurants, hairdresser, pharmacy ...), this beautiful Provencal villa completely renovated and furnished tastefully can comfortably accommodate 10 adults and 4 children.
Access to the house is through a beautiful shaded terrace overlooking the living room, the dining room that can accommodate 12 guests and the fully equipped American kitchen. On this same main level there is 1 double bedroom with shower room and toilet, 1 children's bedroom (2 bunk beds or 4 beds) with shower room and toilet and 2 double bedrooms sharing the same bathroom and toilet.
On the 1st level, a master bedroom (with shower room and toilet) offers a lovely open view of the sea.
In the basement is an area equipped with a large freezer and an additional fridge as well as a large utility room equipped with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.
An independent studio (a double bedroom, a kitchenette and a shower room and toilet) completes the house.
The exterior of the villa consists of a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a solarium area (equipped with 2 teak deckchairs to which 10 beach-type sun loungers can be added), a pergola housing a dining table for 10 people and a lounge area. A shaded lawn, a furnished pétanque court, a barbecue area and a table football complete the outdoor facilities.
All rooms have air conditioning, plenty of storage space and a TV.
The villa is equipped with a wifi system.
Towels and linens are provided. We also make sure that you have basic cleaning products.
The villa is protected by an alarm system connected to a security service which sends security guards on site as soon as a problem is reported.
