Ground floor: 5-seater spa, 2 beautiful terraces and heated swimming pool, leading to a large living room, dining room and fitted kitchen opening onto a second terrace with outdoor furniture, villa sunny all day, parasols, 12 sun loungers, barbecue, parking for 4 cars, sheets and towels provided for 12 pers. 2 baby beds, 2 strollers and 2 high chairs, is classified 4 * by an organization accredited by the town hall of Antibes see copy in the photos

Fantastic property to relax in and base yourself while exploring the towns from Menton to Avignon. Lili is a very responsive host who let us in early and showed us through the many features of the property, from the swimming pool area where we spent plenty of time, to the various outdoor relaxing spots in the property. It has a very well stocked kitchen and all of the items you need to feel like you have all the comforts of home.Close proximity around the corner to a supermarket and 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurant strip at Juan Les Pins makes it a delightful place to stay.We had a group of 8 and used Ubers to reach all of the other towns nearby and had a fantastic stay.Thank you Lili for sharing your wonderful property.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the villa! Our hosts were there to greet us and walk us around the property when we arrived, and had set up a crib for our baby and the home was well equipped with towels for lots of swimming and hot tubs for our older kids and adults :) would highly recommend as a beautiful home to stay in, in a very central location

We really enjoyed our stay: location was excellent and the heated pool and hot tub were real highlights. We had some issues with the bathroom equipment/ plumbing but our host was very responsive and they were sorted out on the same day. Very much recommended for family breaks.

We were looking for a relaxing place near Antibes for a long weekend for 9 ladies and we weren’t disappointed by this wonderful villa! Pascal and Lydie couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish organising taxis and preparing a lovely welcome for us. The villa is very well equipped with plenty of space inside and out. The location is fantastic with the beach and old town both walkable and train station to visit nearby Monaco, Nice or Cannes. Thank you for a lovely break! Highly recommend!
