Booked to accomodate a family group attending a wedding in a nearby Beach Club. We all found the villa to be incredibly spacious, thus allowing for privacy, which is very important when travelling in a group. The villa is also very well equiped and my 3 year old grandson absolutely loved the pool. My thanks to Lilli. We loved our stay.

Great villa for a group of 12 friends, all double bedrooms, some en-suite. Lots of outdoor areas, bikes available, table tennis, gym equipment, hot tub and BBQ. Good indoor living space for 12 adults, excellent WiFi and satellite TV. Would recommend and hope to return in the future.

We stayed at the house for 3 weeks with 2 families and had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room both inside and out for people to spread out and enjoy. Sabah was a wonderful host and so helpful. We loved how close the house was to a grocery store, park, beach and restaurants. Great location for Old Town Antibes, Nice, Cannes, and Monaco. Highly recommend.

Great for multi generational family holiday with lots of separate areas.Managed easily without a car and supermarket was less than a 5 minute walk, beach and station about 15/20 minutes.The children loved the pool, jacuzzi and table tennis.

The villa was an excellent choice for our group of 11 family members of 3 generations. The villa was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room. There were numerous amenities including pool, hot tub, outdoor exercise equipment and most importantly a well-stocked kitchen. Sleeping quarters were roomy and comfortable. We did not need a car with the Juan les Pins train station and beach areas a 15-20 minute walk away. Ubers were readily available when needed. The supermarket around the corner was very helpful. While the street is beautiful there is more traffic than you would expect and limited sidewalks on the block so it's important to be alert when walking. Most of the walking routes to Juan les Pins, as well as old Antibes, do have adequate sidewalks. Overall, this villa is highly recommended.

4 couples stayed here. It was a fabulous house to accommodate that many people. We all had our own space. It was very quiet in that the early birds didn’t wake the night owls and vice versa. Well stocked house with all the amenities you could inmagine. The location was fabulous.

We had a wonderful stay for my husband’s 50th birthday. The house was spotlessly clean, with plenty of space (8 of us) for everyone to be together or separate, inside and out. The only slightly negative things that we have to say (this not so much a complaint but just where they can improve) was that every single cupboard was filled with unnecessary clutter. There were enough glasses and cookware to cater for a party of 50 people, and there seemed to be cleaning products in every cupboard and draw. Ordinarily this may seem good, but there literally wasn’t an empty cupboard to store food! So we had to rearrange things in order to store bread and snacks. Not a task you want to undertake whilst on holiday. Also, there were loads of mosquitoes around the house. This didn’t appear to be a problem anywhere else in Juan Les Pins, so we have to assume it was because of all the plants and foliage around the house. Again, far too much and lots of it over grown. That being said, the house is large, comfortable and just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach/town. No need for a car - which was an huge selling point for us. Our contact at the house, Sabah, was very helpful and replied to any questions immediately. She was great! I would recommend this property.

The villa is in a fantastic location for exploring the riviera with the villa itself being a beautiful place to stay. We had a couple of minor issues (the right fridgefreezer was not cleaned with leftover food inside which had a horrendous smell which we cleaned ourselves) and there weren't any instructions upon arrival. Aside from thus we would still highly recommend this villa for friends or family looking to enjoy a holiday in the most beautiful part of Southern France

The highlights of this house were the lovely swimming pool, the excellent location and the very good air conditioning. We had a very nice week, eating under the pergola at the rear of the house, swimming in the pool and visiting Juan Les Pins and Antibes, which are gorgeous places.

Very lovely villa, in a great location (easy to get to the supermarket and the beach with all the restaurants), no need for a car! Sabah was brilliant and cooked for us one evening - she was also on hand for all queries and responded super quickly. Would really recommend.

The house is spacious with many different areas's to relax. The house is very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. The property is secure with an automatic driveway gate. The air conditioning worked great. The pool and decking is fantastic. Walking distance to the beach and Old Town. Grocery store two blocks away. Loved everything about it!

Lydie was wonderful in every aspect of making sure that the house and our stay were perfect. 15 minutes walk to the heard of Juan-les-Pins and the beach. Less than a ten minute walk to Casino supermarket. The house as exacly as the listing said.

This location is only 10 walk to the beach and 3 minutes walk to the grocery store! The house was comfortable and had plenty of room for our large family. The owners helped us with everything before we arrived...things like babysitter, chef, good restaurants, etc. Thank you Lydie!!!

We were looking for a relaxing place near Antibes for a long weekend for 9 ladies and we weren’t disappointed by this wonderful villa! Pascal and Lydie couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish organising taxis and preparing a lovely welcome for us. The villa is very well equipped with plenty of space inside and out. The location is fantastic with the beach and old town both walkable and train station to visit nearby Monaco, Nice or Cannes. Thank you for a lovely break! Highly recommend!

Maison idéalement située, à 10 minutes de la plage à pied et proche de plusieurs loisirs en voiture (Marineland, Antibesland...). La villa est très bien équipée avec un extérieur magnifique. Cependant je déconseille cette endroit si vous voulez mettre de la musique car nous avons reçu des plaintes en journée.

Excellent spacious clean villa with absolutely everything necessary. We really enjoyed the amazing pool and BBQ area, and also appreciated the amount of sundecks. The house was very well planned and modern. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space, could easily been 2 families to share.
