About this villa rental
A magnificent, recently renovated sea-view villa with beautiful, modern furnishings from America, England and France, a fully equipped kitchen, a 4m deep pool and and botanical garden.
The villa is perfectly placed in a quiet neighbourhood, ideal for a family vacation and 25 minutes away from Nice Airport (via the highway). The beach is just ten minutes away, and the Antibes town centre is 15 minutes away. A supermarket and a traditional french boulangerie are both within five minutes drive.
The house has three levels. The entire top floor is the master floor, consisting of the bedroom, bathroom, closets and a private balcony showcasing spectacular views over the Cap d’Antibes. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower, along with a double sink and heated floors.
The ground floor contains the kitchen with a outdoor barbecue, a living room with a fireplace, a breakfast room and glass conservatory housing a dining table with a beautiful view of the gardens, two bedrooms, a full-sized bathroom and a guest toilet. There is one kids’ bedroom with two twin beds and a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, accompanied by a bathroom. The full-sized bathroom has a double sink and a luxurious rain shower. The kitchen is custom-made and fully equipped with a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a full set of glassware and cutlery.
The bottom floor consists of two guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds and full-sized bathrooms with a TV room and a utility room containing a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board with an iron.
The large, private, outdoor pool is approximately 4m x 6m with a depth of 4m and a diving board.
The territory is divided into several levels including an outdoor terrace with a table and an extendable canopy, a paved patio with a bench overlooking the sea and a rose garden with over 250 roses of different colours.
There is an outdoor garage for one car and a winding driveway that can accommodate at least five more cars. The whole territory is overlooked by beautiful pine trees.
