Redone in 2024, with a very nice decoration, it consists of a living room opening onto a terrace, a large kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 3 shower rooms.
Large outdoor spaces with gardens, shower and outdoor toilet. there is also parking.
Villa ideally located a stone's throw from the beaches of Les Ondes, the port of Olivette and at the bottom of the Eden Roc!

Renovated house with entrance hall, guest toilet, fitted kitchen, living/dining room, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, terraces overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
Upstairs, master bedroom with its en-suite shower room and small terrace with sea view.
